Terms & Conditions
NOTICE: THESE TERMS MAY NOT BE DUPLICATED FOR YOUR OWN USE. DOING SO CONSTITUTES COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Participant") and We Are The They, governing your use of our software, services, and content provided through our platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, or initiating any transaction, you agree to these terms.
Tribe Membership Commitment:
By choosing the monthly payment option, you commit to a minimum 6-month term in the Tribe program. Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly for the commitment period. Early termination may result in penalties, as outlined in the "Membership Fees – Recurring Charges" Section.
We Are The They Scope of Services:
We offer a variety of programs and experiences including personal, leadership, and business consultations, memberships, networking, high adventures, conferences, training programs, coaching, content, tools, and software.
Changes to Services:
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Platform and/or Services at any time without notice. Your continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Your We Are The They Account:
To register and access the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity. Registrants under 13 require parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Communications Consent:
By entering your email or providing your mobile number, you consent to receive communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing but may receive important account notifications.
Program/Membership Term:
Services begin on the selected start date and continue for the specified term.
Participation Fees and Payment Terms:
Fees are non-refundable. Late payments may result in suspension. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
Membership Fees – Lifetime Option:
Approved applicants have the option to purchase a lifetime membership for a one-time fee of $4,999. There are no recurring charges or renewal requirements associated with this option.
Membership Fees – Recurring Charges:
Monthly memberships automatically renew monthly. Cancellation is available after the 6-month commitment period. If you cancel before the 6 months, we are entitled to charge you the monthly fee times how many months remain from the date of activating your membership.
How To Cancel:
You may cancel your monthly membership by contacting team@wattmovement.com with notification of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle. This allows us sufficient time to process the cancellation request. Any cancellation requests received within 14 days of the next billing cycle may result in the member being charged for the subsequent month's membership fee.
Participant Responsibilities:
Participants are responsible for expenses and assume risks associated with the Services.
DISCLAIMERS:
Participants have sole discretion over accepting or implementing Services recommendations. We Are The They does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or investment advice. No guarantees of outcomes are made.
Confidentiality:
Participants must maintain confidentiality of provided information.
Media Release -- Use of Participant's Story, Pictures, and Videos:
By participating in our Tribe program, you grant We Are The They permission to use your story, pictures, videos, and any other media content related to your participation for social media, promotional materials, and marketing purposes.
Privacy:
Information provided is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Consent & License: Digital Images and Participant Content:
Participants grant us rights to use digital content collected during the Services.
General Provisions:
This Agreement is governed by Utah law. We are not liable for events beyond our control. No agency relationship is created. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
